Charging Information for Kia Soul EV

The Kia Soul EV charges through an industry standard J1772 connector. The car can charge at a maximum of 28A/240V via a third party EVSE. This allows the car to fully charge overnight.

The Soul EV comes standard with CHAdeMO D.C. fast charging capability. While the car has fast DC charging, the relatively small vehicle range (EPA 93 miles) make this suited as an urban vehicle.

The Soul EV also comes with a mobile EVSE that can charge at 12A/120V.
